Before starting, I prepared by:
✔️ Drinking plenty of water to stay hydrated
✔️ Eating light, fiber-rich foods like fruits, vegetables, and oats
✔️ Avoiding processed foods and heavy meals
During the cleanse, I felt some minor discomfort at first, but after a few hours, I noticed a big difference in how I felt.
The Results: How I Felt After the Cleanse
After completing the cleanse, here’s what I noticed:
✨ Less bloating – My stomach felt flatter and more comfortable.
✨ More energy – I felt more awake and refreshed throughout the day.

Heads up!
You'll feel the need to defecate frequently (like natatae ako every after 4hrs or so) after the session. In my case, I wore diapers as advised.
Is Colon Cleansing Safe?
Colon cleansing can be beneficial, but it’s important to do it safely. Here are some tips:
✅ Consult a doctor if you have any medical conditions.
✅ Choose natural methods like fiber and hydration.
